TEBECO Ltd. is a young, dynamicly growing company. As a part of our expansion plan, our company is designing and developing
machines for harvesting of industrial hemp.
In 2006 Tebeco launched two machines (type: Schumacher 4.2) which harvested around 1000ha with the average output of 1,8 ha/hour. This was a basis for a development of a new type: CLIPPER 4.3. The work output with the new machine type reached 3,1 ha/hour. Maximum height of the harvested plant reached 5m. The average work output was 1,9 ha/hour. For plants 2,5m height the work output was between 4 to 5 ha/hour. (Work output depands on plant height and queality of field surface)
CLIPPER 4.3 MMH is a tractor-pulled hemp harvesting equipment, that is capable of chopping down 5 ha of hemp per hour. In comparison to competitive technologies this product is much easier for handling and maintenance and enables cutting down stems reaching up to 5 metres. The other advantage of CLIPPER 4.3 MMH is its competitive price.
CLIPPER 4.3 MMH is constructed of 4-metre long cutter bars which cut the stems into parts of 1000 millimetres, as required by processing technology. According to type, additional equipment and special requirements CLIPPER can cut hemp into one, two or three parts. The high performance is reached thanks to a special type of high frequency self-sharpening ProCut knives.
